Ringo & Friends at The Ryman på TV

TV-spesialen fra disse to konsertene i januar har nå fått sendetid på kanalen CBS i USA og den vil også strømmes av Paramount+ “over there”. 

Den blir på to timer (minus sikkert en hel del reklame på TV-sendingen). Noen av disse “& Friends” er Sheryl Crow, Rodney Crowell, Mickey Guyton, Emmylou Harris, Sarah Jarosz, Jamey Johnson, Brenda Lee, Larkin Poe, Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle, The War And Treaty, Jack White med flere.

Blant sangene vi får høre med en country sound er “Boys,” “Act Naturally,” “With a Little Help from My Friends,” “Yellow Submarine,” “Don’t Pass Me By” og “It Don’t Come Easy,” samt noen av sangene fra Ringos nye LP, “Look Up”.

“It is always a thrill to play the Ryman and this time we are going country!” sa Ringo. “T Bone has put together a great show. It was two nights of peace, love and country music.”

Selvsagt er vår forhåpning at dette programmet skal finne veien også til en av våre hjemlige TV-kanaler, eller i det minste til en strømmetjeneste som er tilgjengelig herfra.
